Meet the Team

Producer

David is known as a filmmaker with over 20 years of experience, he has directed major films for Fox, Disney, and ABC, along with independent features and documentaries in over 50 countries. He has also founded over a dozen creative companies, including award-winning Global Virtual Studios (GVS) . David is passionate about social issues, creating media campaigns focused on indigenous rights, human trafficking, and orphans with special needs.

Producer/ Director

Kenna began her training with The Film Institute apprenticeship at 16 years old where she learned how to become a filmmaker. Kenna started as an assistant to director and producer, both in office and on set. Kenna grew from there working her way up to assistant directing and line producing. Resilience is Kenna’s first director debut. She has worked for a variety of streaming platforms including Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon Prime, and National Geographic, as well as a variety of independent films in range of formats.

Writer/ Actor/ Producer

Madi Grace has attended multiple acting schools, workshops, and courses over the years including London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts and Rose Bruford College (cofounded by Laurence Olivier). After attending some of the top drama schools in London she booked a role on a television series that filmed in Cape Town, South Africa (to be released 2025). Madi Grace has worked with major streaming platforms including Amazon and Sony as well as Capitol Records for a Katy Perry music video. She has also worked as a writers assistant on a series for Fox. Resilience was written by Madi Grace as her first feature film screenplay.

Producer

Mike is the Co-Founding producer of NEO Art & Logic, A Turnkey Production House for both studios and distributors (Miramax, Disney, First Look Pictures) . Neo produced 30 feature films including 5 film franchises that included American Yakuza (Viggo Mortensen, Russel Crowe) and The Prophecy (Christopher Walken). Since transitioning out of Neo, Mike has gone on to produce eight feature films in a variety of genres.

Lee Batchler and Janet Scott Batchler are the writers of Batman Forever, Smoke and Mirrors, and Pompeii, among many other projects. In addition, Janet is an associate professor at USC’s School of Cinematic Arts’s John Wells division of writing for screen and television. Their most recent projects include Jack and Dick (a behind-the-scenes look at the Kennedy- Nixon election and debates), and Midnight Ride (the story of Paul Revere’s ride, written for Disney and Johnny Depp). The Batchler’s were Executive producers on the 2018 film Running For Grace, developed through the state of Hawaii’s Film Accelerator Program, where they served as advisors.
